About the National Youth Convention

The National Youth Convention (NYC) is an annual celebration of the meaningful fellowship and unity of the youth members of the Members Church of God International worldwide. The year 2006 saw the launch of the first National Sports Activities. As one of the most anticipated and eagerly-awaited events every year, this project is the brainchild of Bro. Eli Soriano and Bro. Daniel Razon to reach out and show the Christian youth the deep concern and compassion of our Presiding Ministers not only to the physical but more on the spiritual welfare of the youth inside the Congregation.

Every year, the NYC is envisioned to inspire, give hope and foster deep camaraderie, brotherly love and concern for one another. The National Youth Convention this year is one full day filled with team building programs and consultation with Bro. Eli Soriano to heighten spiritual insights about moving on and keeping the faith alive until the inevitable coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in spite of the many obstacles and troubles until the final lap of service to God.

This year's NYC bonded with the youth members who are not able to attend at the ADD Convention Center in Apalit, province of Pampanga through the use of modern technology such as Web cameras and satellite.

About the 1st NSA

The National Sports Activities is launched for the first time this year in response to the growing demand to devote one day full of sports-related activities. Thankfully to God, the National Sports Activities on April 13, 2006 was one big success.
